Moving can be a huge life stressor, especially when you factor in the lifestyle changes it comes with (along with an ongoing pandemic)! Needless to say, this can all take a toll on your relationships, which is why I’m so excited to be talking with my special guest today.
Catherine Danieli is a love coach, relationship coach and guide. She supports people in healing fear-based relationship patterns so that they can experience radical self-love and healthy, extraordinary romantic relationships.
Catherine is trained in several modalities that guide people in making the connection between dysfunctional childhood patterns and how they show up in their life and romantic partnerships. She has worked with individuals and couples, led online programs and facilitated in-person retreats. Catherine is also a yoga teacher and energy healer, as well as the co-host of The New Truth Podcast.
I just love the perspectives that Catherine shares on relationships, and the wonderful advice she gives in this episode. I hope that you too can get something from the talk we had here, and please feel free to reach out to us to let us know what you thought of this episode!
